ABOUT US

The Firewalker Four Wheel Drive Club is a non-profit organization of 4-wheel-drive enthusiasts dedicated to pursuing and preserving the sport of responsible, organized 4-wheeling. Our club is located in the "Gurnee" area of the North Shore of Illinois. Our club is also active in the community with food and clothing drives throughout the year.

The club is "Jeep" vehicle specific, and the members have many models representing the Jeep line of vehicles. We have an M-38, CJ-5's, CJ-7's, CJ-8's, YJ's, TJ's, Cherokees and Grand Cherokees. Some of the rigs are stock and others are highly modified. Our runs and activities are planned to accommodate all levels of driver experience and vehicle modifications. We enjoy trail riding, rock crawling, hill climbing and mud.

Firewalker FWDC proudly maintains memberships in the Illinois Four Wheel Drive Association, Indiana Four Wheel Drive Association, United Four Wheel Drive Association and Blue Ribbon Coalition.
